Guarantees, Policies, and Terms of Enrollment

WHAT WE PROMISE

If you sign up and have paid in full for Stratus Prep's LSAT or GMAT Group Class, we guarantee that your score will go up. If you complete all Class requirements (class attendance OR video make-up, exams, assignments, and at least five full PracTest sessions, including review) and your score on the test date to which your original class was directed is not higher than your Starting Score*, we will refund your class tuition (less materials costs. Payment for other services such as One-on-Ones, Admissions Counseling, and the Pre-Law Boot-Camp are never refundable).   If you sign up and have paid in full for Stratus Prep's LSAT or GMAT Group Class, for 1 (one) calendar year from your date of enrollment, you may retake another section of the same course for which you have enrolled for free (new materials are available for an additional fee).

* Your Starting Score is any real exam score you earned before enrolling with Stratus Prep, or your score on our “Before Picture” exam if you have never taken the exam for real. Refund request must be made within 30 days of the real exam's release date.

WHAT YOU PROMISE

I am enrolling in Stratus Prep’s training programs solely for the purpose of preparing for my LSAT or GMAT, gaining admission to law or business school, and/or preparing for my legal or business school studies. I agree that Stratus Prep’s course content and teaching methods are Stratus Prep’s alone, and I will not provide them to any third parties, including any competitor of Stratus Prep. I will not in any way record any training sessions. I understand that Stratus Prep may bring legal proceedings against me if it discovers that I have provided any of its course materials or disclosed any of its teaching methods to any third parties. I agree that, should Stratus Prep bring such legal action against me, I will reimburse Stratus Prep for all costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by the company in bringing such an action.   I am not an employee of, consultant to, or in any way affiliated with any company or individual that is in the business of preparing individuals to take standardized admissions exams or gain entrance to graduate school, and I have not been asked by any such company or individual to enroll in Stratus Prep’s program. I understand that if Stratus Prep discovers the foregoing representation to be untrue, Stratus Prep will immediately terminate my enrollment with no refund.   I acknowledge that all Stratus Prep material posted on the internet is Stratus Prep’s intellectual property. I will not attempt to download, “screen-capture,” or otherwise retain such material, nor will I share such material with people who are not authorized Stratus Prep students. I accept that if I do share or attempt to retain these materials, my enrollment will be terminated with no refund.   I will pay my tuition and fees for all services in full. If I am on a payment plan, I recognize that I may not terminate this plan once I have entered into it, and I will make all payments as scheduled. If I fail to pay, Stratus Prep is hereby authorized to charge my credit/debit card number for the full amount of fees due. Should any checks bounce or credit/debit charges be declined, I agree to pay $25 per bounced check, and/or $25 per declined credit/debit card charge, and hereby authorize that amount to be charged to my credit/debit account. Should legal action or other collection activity become necessary, I accept responsibility for all legal and administrative fees and costs incurred by Stratus Prep.   If I have indicated that I qualify for Stratus Prep’s sliding scale tuition plan, I agree to provide Stratus Prep with all the documentation requested by the company within 8 days of signing this form. If I fail to do so, I hereby authorize Stratus Prep to charge me the full price for the services for which I have contracted. Participation in this scholarship program is at the sole discretion of Stratus Prep.   I hereby authorize Stratus Prep to charge me a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the services I am purchasing to secure my access to its services. This deposit in no way changes my other obligations under this agreement.   I understand that the fees I have paid or am obligated to pay to Stratus Prep are non-refundable in part or in full under any circumstances except as provided for in clause 1 of the "What We Promise" section of this contract.   Recognizing that Stratus Prep wishes to deliver the best training possible, I agree to provide Stratus Prep with my score(s) when I have taken my LSAT(s) and Admissions decisions after I apply.   I grant Stratus Prep the use of all aspects of my “success story” for promotional purposes. I understand that other than such use, all my personal information will be kept strictly confidential.
