The Stratus Foundation

The Stratus Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that was launched in 2010 by Stratus Prep founder and CEO, Shawn O’Connor, to foster greater diversity and equality of opportunity in the graduate school classes of tomorrow.

The Stratus Foundation, Inc. is specifically dedicated to increasing access to leading graduate schools by the socioeconomically disadvantaged and members of traditionally underrepresented populations including ethnic and racial minorities, the LGBT community, and women.

The Stratus Foundation, Inc. is managed separately from Stratus Prep, and its board consists of a majority of independent directors who are not affiliated with Stratus Prep.
